After having posted this photo, I immediately realized that not everyone would understand why that photo. But as a football fan of my national team I decided to include it. All Uruguayans understand what TEAM means wnen it comes to this photo. For many years my national football team was famous for its individualism. All the players played as an individual not as a team and the results were not good ones. But ,during the World Cup Championship a new word appeared "TEAM" , everyone was talking about their achievements as a group not as an individual. Therefore, the results were excellent. This football team showed us the importance of being part of a group, the importance of sharing, the importance of being responsible for one another. This, luckily, has changed what teenagers believed about what being part of a group involves.
